At Vann Sophea Printing House, your satisfaction means a lot to us. If there’s an issue with your order—just let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly fix it by reprinting or offering a full refund.
If you want to cancel your order, please do so before we start printing. Once printing is underway, it’s a bit tricky to make changes or cancellations.
If you request changes after approving the final design, there might be some extra costs, and refunds won’t apply to those changes.
